The Bach Flower System
Dr Edward Bach, an eminent doctor in the 1920's, discovered the flower remedies by understanding that for each human emotional state we experience, there is a flower whose essence possesses an equal and opposite state. When these essences are used for their corresponding complementary patterns,they assist in balancing our emotions and, consequently, in the prevention of physical illness and disease. Dr Bach had an early understanding of how emotional states lead to physical illness, if left untreated, and his aim was to make this simple system of natural medicine available to everyone.

DIRECTIONS
Each of the sprays may be used individually or in combination with the other three. However, considering theexcessive amount of pollution the average person is exposed to, (in the form of toxic emissions, radiation, infectious illnesses, etc.) we strongly recommend the use of 'Cleanse and Protect' daily, a few minutes before spraying your other chosen Clearing Essences.

PERSONAL USE
Spray on and around the body, avoiding eye area. Preferably, slightly in front and above the head, in order for the mist to flow down in front of the face. Breathe deeply for a few moments to allow your skin to absorb and for you to inhale the beneficial and refreshing qualities of the essences.

SPACE CLEARING USE
Spray several times directly into space to be cleared, with particular attention to corners and enclosed spaces, e.g. under a table or bed. For larger spaces, e.g. meeting rooms, halls, etc., concentrate on corners and compass directions from the centre of room.
